All clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment to cancel without any penalty.
To cancel your appointment, please contact our customer service team via phone, email, or through our online booking system at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Our team will process your cancellation and confirm with you.
If a client requests to cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, a late cancellation fee of $100.00 may apply to compensate for the inconvenience.
Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or message to verify the change.

If a client requests to reschedule less than 48 hours before the appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate the change. However, please be aware that a last-minute rescheduling fee of $50.00 may apply.
If a client does not provide the required 48-hour notice and does not cancel, it will be considered a no-show, and a fee equal to half the cleaning service cost may be charged.
