Cancellation Policy
Notice Requirement: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. This ensures we can accommodate other clients effectively.
Cancellation Fees: Cancelling within 24 hours or same day of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the client’s full deposit. No-shows cancellations will result in refusal of services and cancellations of future cleaning appointments.
Rescheduling: Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments rather than canceling. Rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any additional fee or refusal of services and cancellation of future appointments.
Refunds: If a pre-paid appointment is canceled according to the above policies, clients will receive a full refund or credit toward future services.
Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will strive to accommodate your situation.
Policy Updates: This policy is subject to change. Clients will be notified of any amendments at least 14 days before they take effect.
