Our Pet Policy
At Olive Pristine Touch Cleaning, we love pets and understand they are important family members. However, to ensure the safety of your pets and the efficiency of our cleaning team, we have outlined the following pet policy:
- NOTIFICATION: Please inform us ahead of time if you have pets. Knowing the number and type of pets helps us prepare and provide the best service possible.
- PETS SECURED DURING SERVICE: For the safety of your pets and our cleaning staff, all pets must be securely stored away in a designated area or room during the entire service period. This prevents accidental escapes, stress to your pets, and any potential interference with our cleaning tasks.
- PET-FREE ZONES: Our cleaning team will conduct their work in pet-free zones unless specific cleaning services are required in designated pet holding areas. If cleaning is needed in your pet's designated location, alternative arrangements should be made to relocate your pet temporarily during that time.
- PET SAFETY MEASURES: We kindly ask that pets not roam freely to prevent any potential risks or distractions. Loved ones or pet sitters can also manage the pets if personnel outside the home are preferred during the visit. Additionally, if your pets have any particular needs, such as aversions to certain cleaning products or tendencies to become anxious during cleaning services, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate within our policy guidelines.
- INCIDENTALS: Olive Pristine Touch Cleaning is not responsible for pets that are unsecured during the cleaning visit, leading to accidental harm or escape. Your assistance in ensuring your pet's security is vital and appreciated.
