If cleaning is needed in your pet's designated location, alternative arrangements should be made to relocate your pet temporarily during that time.
- PET SAFETY MEASURES: We kindly ask that pets not roam freely to prevent any potential risks or distractions. Loved ones or pet sitters can also manage the pets if personnel outside the home are preferred during the visit. Additionally, if your pets have any particular needs, such as aversions to certain cleaning products or tendencies to become anxious during cleaning services, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate within our policy guidelines.
- INCIDENTALS: Olive Pristine Touch Cleaning is not responsible for pets that are unsecured during the cleaning visit, leading to accidental harm or escape. Your assistance in ensuring your pet's security is vital and appreciated.
